Can I use SEMnews if I don't know much about computers and the internet?
If you can use Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer, you can probably figure out SEMnews on your own.

Can I send emails with the recipients name in the body ?
Yes! You can "merge" the name right into each email you send! Its easy. Each email is customized with the recipients name and, if you want, other information like "Mr.", their email address, and/or other information you collect when they subscribe.

Can I purchase email lists from another company and use them on SEMnews?
No. That is unsolicited email - also considered SPAM. Sending SPAM through our servers could result in our IP address being blackballed and all emails would be stopped. We will not tolerate SPAM. Please don't even ask. All accounts are limited to opt-in emails.

Will you help me convert my emails from Outlook, Excel or other program and import to SEMnews?
In most cases you will not require assistance. You can read the help files in your program to figure out how to export the emails. We are, however, a customer friendly company and will offer some free advice. If it takes longer than 10 minutes or so, we will have to bill at an hourly rate. The good news is we know how to do it and it won't take long!
